Vietnam eSIM refunds: when you get your money back

  • Full refund if it does not work
  • Ask while in Vietnam
  • Back to your card

The short answer

The store's rule: if the eSIM does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund. A working eSIM you no longer want is not refunded, and neither is one your phone cannot install. Ask the store's support while you are in Vietnam, with your order page link.

What is refunded

A full refund when the eSIM does not work in Vietnam and cannot be fixed. The store spells the rule out: “If the eSIM does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.”

What is not

A working eSIM, whether installed or not; and a phone that is locked or cannot take an eSIM: a working eSIM is not refunded because a phone cannot install it, so check your phone before you buy.

How to ask

Write to the store’s support while you are in Vietnam and within the plan’s validity, with the link to your order page, or the email address you paid with and the date of payment. Should the line refuse to connect, attach your phone model and screenshots so the store gets a chance to fix it first.

Where the money goes

It travels back to the card or method used for payment. Your bank decides when it appears. Every purchase sits under the store’s own refund policy.
