Questions about Vietnam eSIM prices
Why are the prices in US dollars?
US dollars are the currency the store uses in every language. The tax-inclusive total shows before you pay, and your bank converts it as it would any card payment.
Is tax included?
Yes. The tax is already inside every price here, exactly as the store presents it.
What if my trip dates change?
The install window runs 30 days from the purchase. If the trip starts after that window, get in touch with the store's support before installing.
Is there a refund if I do not use it?
No. A working eSIM is not refunded, installed or not. When the eSIM fails with no possible fix, the full refund applies.
Is there an unlimited plan?
Unlimited plans exist on the store but carry no speed cap in its own words, so they stay off this site. Every plan shown here states its data, either per day or in total.
